动车组车轮轮辋相控阵超声探伤成像优化研究Optimization of Phased Array Ultrasonic Image for EMU Wheel Rim Inspection

摘要(Abstract):
动车组车轮缺陷主要发生在轮辋部位,有效确定轮辋内部疲劳裂纹尺寸和形态对保障车轮运行安全、延长车轮使用寿命至关重要。目前,车轮超声探伤主要通过基本的扫描超声成像发现缺陷,但因裂纹走向或闭合状态的不确定性无法实现准确定量。针对常规轮辋超声探伤成像能力的不足,将相控阵全矩阵捕获及全聚焦成像方法应用到轮辋超声探伤成像优化研究中,并与传统相控阵线性扫查成像和扇形扫查成像进行对比分析。基于有限元法的成像仿真和实车缺陷轮测试表明,相控阵超声全聚焦成像技术的应用可以减少探伤近场成像盲区,改善轮辋内部缺陷成像质量,有利于更准确地评估缺陷尺寸及其扩展趋势。
